- Dry roast the sabudana until it starts popping in a pan. Then cool it.
- Soak this sabudana in a mixture of water and curd for 2-3 hours until they are soft.
- Adjust salt and sugar as per taste. Heat oil in a small pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies and pour this over the sabudana curd mixture. Top it with peanuts. Serve immediately.
