Ingredients

  • Urad dal
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Sugar
  • Sev
  • Pomogranate
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • Soak urad dal for 6 hours. In a mixer grinder, a soaked ural dal, green chilli, salt, water and grind into a fine mixture.
  • In a kadai , add oil and then add ural dal mixture balls. Deel fry them for 2-3 minutes
  • In a bowl, add curd, sugar, water and mix well.
  • In a shots glass, add dahi and vada. Add pomogranate, sev , and chillis in a bowl.
  • Decorate interesting Dahi Vada Shots with some coriander.

Notes/Tips

You can add rice atta for crispiness.
