- Soak urad dal for 6 hours. In a mixer grinder, a soaked ural dal, green chilli, salt, water and grind into a fine mixture.
- In a kadai , add oil and then add ural dal mixture balls. Deel fry them for 2-3 minutes
- In a bowl, add curd, sugar, water and mix well.
- In a shots glass, add dahi and vada. Add pomogranate, sev , and chillis in a bowl.
- Decorate interesting Dahi Vada Shots with some coriander.
