- Soak the urad dal for 3-4 hours
- Now take a mixing jar add soak dal green chilli and ginger, make a fine paste add water if required.
- Take a mixing bowl add salt and mix till it soft and fluffy and light.
- Heat the oil in pan, now dip fry Wada of lemon size.
- Allow the wada to rest in water for at least 30 mins. Then squeeze it
- Now take a curd add salt sugar powder and black salt to it, mix it well and sieve it for creamy texture.
- Assemble Arrange the squeeze Wada in serving plate,
- Pour the curd, chutney and sprinkle the masala on it.
