- In a Kadai, heat ghee and add the crushed masala, onion, green chilies, and sauté until light brown
- Now add the mixture of curd, asafoetida, degi red chilli powder, salt and sauté continuously on medium heat until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, deep fry cubed potatoes in oil until golden brown and cooked completely. Once cooked, take out the potatoes on to a place with tissue paper, so as to take out the excess oil. Add the potatoes to the curd mixture & garnish with fresh coriander.
