  • Curd
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • Besan
  • Sugar
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan until it is almost smoking. Reduce the heat to medium and add add Jeera. Add the onions and saute for a minute. Add the ginger and green chili and saute for another minute. Reduce the heat to low, now add salt, turmeric powder, Chili powder, Jeera powder, Dhania Powder and garam masala fry for few seconda. Now add curd well mixed with water and cook on medium flame until it vapor out little, stirring constantly. Add suger If the flavor is too tart stir in a little sugar, up to 1 tablespoon. Turn off the flame then, Add Besan, it'll help to thicken it and enhance the taste too. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
