- Knead the soft dough with adding the 1 tsp salt and milk keep a side cover with muslin cloth . take a mixing bowl mix curd, boiled potato, onion, green chili, red chili, coriander, garam masala, keep aside the mixture. divide dough in small size ball,roll ball by rolling pin spread stuffing of curd on paratha ,then take another ball of dough roll by rolling pin and now cover the paratha with this plain paratha then roll out the paratha roast your paratha on a pan by applying ghee. until paratha become golden and crispy. . serve hot.
