  • 20-25 puri (golgappe)
  • 1 bowl whipped curd
  • 1 bowl white peas boiled
  • as needed green chutney
  • As needed nylon sev
  • as required sweet chutney
  • as required pomegranate
  • as per taste Black Salt
  • as required Roasted Cumin Powder
  • as required chopped green coriander

Instructions

  • Make a hole in the middle of the puri, in this way make a hole in all the puris.
  • Now fill the boiled white peas in the puris, add green chutney, sweet chutney, and whipped curd.
  • Now sprinkle black salt and roasted cumin powder then put nylon sev on top of puri.
  • Add pomegranate and chopped green coriander, Dahi Puri Chaat is ready.
  • Tips : Mixing one to two teaspoons of sugar in the whipped curd makes it more delicious.
