- Make a hole in the middle of the puri, in this way make a hole in all the puris.
- Now fill the boiled white peas in the puris, add green chutney, sweet chutney, and whipped curd.
- Now sprinkle black salt and roasted cumin powder then put nylon sev on top of puri.
- Add pomegranate and chopped green coriander, Dahi Puri Chaat is ready.
- Tips : Mixing one to two teaspoons of sugar in the whipped curd makes it more delicious.
