  • Yellow moong dal
  • Kishmish
  • White urad dal
  • Sugar
  • Curd
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • First soak white urad daal and yellow moong dal overnight And after that blender it the batter is not so thick its normal and add kishmish in the batter no salt
  • Then fry it after that keep the vada in lukewarm water for 5 min ..
  • In curd i put sugar powder and mix it well for 5 to 6 minutes the vada is ready to eat

Notes/Tips

Don't add salt in batter add it when u eat dahi vada Add cumin powder and red chilli powder for yummy ? taste..
