  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Jeera powder1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oats one cup
  • Mix vegetables of choice 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add hung curd salt chilli powder jeera powder salt mix well add choice of vegetables like grated onion carrot beetroot mix well add chopped coriander add instant rolled oats mix well into dough set aside 10 minutes to soak well.
  • Roll dough into small ball press little gently Place them n ape pan with little oil in it.. Cook in low medium flame both the side crispy brown Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
