  • 200gm dahi,haldi half tb spoon,dhana jira powder1

Instructions

  • Aalu ko saf kar ke medium size me cut kare,aur payaj aur payaj hari mirch bhi cut kar le , Cooker me,Oil garam kar ke jira dale jira thoda red hota hai usme payaj aur hari mirch dale 2 min baad cooker me payaj ke baad adrak lasun ka pest 1 tb dale aur red chilli powder aur dhaniya jira power dale haldi dale aur achi tarah 1 min bhune,ab dahi aur aalu dale aur 2 min bhune,2min baad usme tamar bahut ache se chote chote cut kar ke dale aur 2/3 min bhun le ab 3 min baad garvy jaise chaye us hisab se pani dale ( maine 600ml ) dala hai aur Namak bhi daal de aur cooker ka dhakkan laga ke aur 3 whistle kare ,
  • Cooker ki 3 whistle ke baad jab cooker se sab air nikal jaye tab cooker open kar ke hari dhaniya patta se garnish kare
