Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow moong daal
  • 1 cup Udad daal
  • Salt to tastes
  • 1 tspn green chillies paste
  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 2 cups of curd
  • 4 tspn sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • For sprinkle spices...
  • 1 tspn roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Water for soaked Vada as required

Instructions

  • First take both daal n Soaked it for 5 hours.
  • Now crushed it with little water n both paste. N make fine better.
  • Added salt n make vada in hot oil n put immediately in water..
  • Take another Bowl n pouring curd n sugar n salt n little water.. Whiske it n keep aside.
  • Remove Vada from water n pressed it with your plam n remove all water n keep aside.
  • Take a serving plate n put Vada in it.. pouring curd n sprinkle all spices n coriander leaves.. served delicious Dahivada.

You may served chilled too..
