- In a mixing bowl add crushed leftover baatis, pour tadka dal.
- Add all finely chopped vegetables one by one and reserve 1 tbsp of the vegetable mixture for the final topping.
- Sprinkle spices powders.
- Mix all the ingredients lightly. Do not over mix the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture on to the serving plate. Topped it with sweetened yoghurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney and sprinkle little black salt and red chilli powder.
- Garnish it with nylon sev on top, chopped coriander and pomegranate kernels (Fresh Anar dana).
- Serve Immediately.
