- Wash urad dal and rajma
- In a cooker add water, urad dal, rajma, salt, haldi, lal mirch and garlic
- After 6 whistles cook on slow flame, open the lid add milk, cook on slow flame till dal and rajma gers soft
- In a pan add ghee add onions stir it
- Now add ginger, green chilli and tomato paste Stir it
- Add tadka in cooker check the consistency of dal
- Add butter in dal
