Dal Paratha With Leftover Dal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Atta (Wheat Flour)
  • 1 medium bowl leftover Dal (Lentil soup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • as required Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Refined Oil
  • as required Water ement
  • 1 teaspoon Refined Oil

Instructions

  • Add 2 cups Atta (Wheat Flour) in a bowl
  • Add 1 medium bowl leftover Dal (Lentil soup) in Atta
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Add 1 tablespoon Cumin seed
  • Add 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • Add chopped Coriander leaves
  • Add 1 teaspoon Refined Oil
  • Mix well
  • Add Water as per requirement and mix well
  • Dough is ready. Apply some Refined Oil on dough to make it soft
  • Cover dough for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, divide dough in small equal portions
  • Take some Atta in a plate. Coat the small dough balls with Atta
  • Prepare Paratha using the small dough balls
  • Place Paratha on hot pan and roast both sides first
  • Apply 1 teaspoon Refined Oil on both sides of Paratha and fry till golden yellow in medium heat
  • Dal Paratha is ready
