- Add 2 cups Atta (Wheat Flour) in a bowl
- Add 1 medium bowl leftover Dal (Lentil soup) in Atta
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Add 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Add 1 tablespoon Cumin seed
- Add 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- Add chopped Coriander leaves
- Add 1 teaspoon Refined Oil
- Mix well
- Add Water as per requirement and mix well
- Dough is ready. Apply some Refined Oil on dough to make it soft
- Cover dough for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, divide dough in small equal portions
- Take some Atta in a plate. Coat the small dough balls with Atta
- Prepare Paratha using the small dough balls
- Place Paratha on hot pan and roast both sides first
- Apply 1 teaspoon Refined Oil on both sides of Paratha and fry till golden yellow in medium heat
- Dal Paratha is ready
