  • 2 cups bhakri Flour
  • as required Mix Dal, as required ghee
  • as required Spices
  • as required water

Instructions

  • Knead the bhakri flour and make balls out of it then keep the balls in the cooker,first grease the surface of cooker with ghee.
  • Cook the bati at medium flame. Now the bati is ready.
  • Now take the mix dal and wash it,then cook the dal with spices and then add the tadka.Now the dal is also ready. Serve it with salad
