- Soak dal for 10 minutes and drain the water. Take one cooker add daal with salt, water, haldi and chopped tomatoes. Pressure cook for 3 vessel and put the flame off.
- Take one pan heat desi ghee add jeera, Hing,onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add red chilli and put the flame off. Pour the mixture into daal. Serve With hot rice and mix pickle and salad.
- Cook the rice according to your choice and serve rice with dal arhar.
