- Firstly wash & soak dal for 30 minutes set aside besides wash & chop Palak leaves.further take a pressure cooker add dal,Palak together with a glass of water cover the lid & cook for only 2 whistles & uncover the lid by de steaming it immediately.now add the salt,pepper,green chili’s & cook add coriander leaves.let it be little juicy kind loose consistency don’t dry it completely.
- Finally add ghee in a pan crackle cumin seeds & curry leaves drizzle over the dal toss it slightly & it’s ready.serve the delicious dal mash Palak with chapati & salad..!
