- In a bowl sieve the flour,add salt, oil,jeera.Add water and knead dough(semi-soft).keep for rest 10 mins.Divide the dough in to equal balls.Roll in to thin rotis,prick with fork. Take a pan and fry till golden
- Soak dal for 1-2 hours. In a pressure cooker put dal,turmeric,water green chilli,hing.Boil it. Till softens.Then add salt.Then on top of dal sprinkle Dhanya jeera powder1/2 tsp,Amchur powder-1/2 tsp,Red chilli powder,tamarind pulp 2-3 tbsp diluted
- Temper it with tempering.
- For serving:- In a bowl put dal ,garnish with green chutney ,chopped onion and fresh chopped coriander. Serve with pakwan.
