  • Onion
  • Hing
  • Red chilli
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Ghee
  • Toor dal

Instructions

  • Boil Dal and mix by adding salt as per your taste and keep aside. Take a pan add ghee, red chili dry, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, saute it till garlic color is slightly changed. Then add chopped onions, hing, turmeric powder, curry leaves, and mix well then add chopped green chilies, mix well now add the boiled dal and if required add water and bring to boil. Can make thin consistency by adding more water and bring to boil.
