  • Whipping cream
  • Mango pulp
  • Powdered sugar
  • Curd
  • Cardamom powder
  • Saffron strands
  • Pistachio powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Cold water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add chilled whipped cream, mango pulp, sugar, saffron & cardamom powder. Whip it using a hand mixer until it becomes thick, fluffy and creamy.
  • Next in a separate jar, prepare your lassi by whipping curd, sugar, chilled water & ice cubes (adjust the consistency acc. to your liking).
  • Now comes the assembling part, pour lassi evenly in both the glasses (one third filled). Add some chopped mangoes.
  • Pour the mango whipping cream on top, garnish it with some mango, pistachio powder, cardamom and few strands of saffron. Enjoy!šŸ˜‡

Notes/Tips

1) Similarly, you can also make Dalgona Mango Milkshake by replacing the curd with chilled full fat milk or plant based milk(for vegan). It will also taste super yummy. 2) For making the whipped cream - cream should be super chilled or place your whipping cream bowl in a bowl filled with ice while whipping.
