- Take a bowl, add chilled whipped cream, mango pulp, sugar, saffron & cardamom powder. Whip it using a hand mixer until it becomes thick, fluffy and creamy.
- Next in a separate jar, prepare your lassi by whipping curd, sugar, chilled water & ice cubes (adjust the consistency acc. to your liking).
- Now comes the assembling part, pour lassi evenly in both the glasses (one third filled). Add some chopped mangoes.
- Pour the mango whipping cream on top, garnish it with some mango, pistachio powder, cardamom and few strands of saffron. Enjoy!š
