  • Mango Puree
  • Beated fresh cream
  • Chilled Full cream milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Cardamom powder
  • Rose essence/rose water
  • Powdered sugar
  • Dried rose petals
  • Sliced pistachios

Instructions

  • First you need to make mango puree. Keep it aside into fridge.
  • Second step beat chilked cream with beater until you get fluffiness into cream. Immediately keep into fridge because due to hot weather it willstart melting.
  • Now take a bowl add fresh chilled milk with 1/4 tsp of rose essence, 1/4 tsp of cardomom powder and sugar powder according to taste. Mix all properly.
  • Now take a deep bowl and add 2 tbsp of beated cream and 4 tbsp of mango puree and 1/2 tsp of sugar powder and fold with light hand. Your fluffy mango puree is ready.
  • Now take a deep bowl and add 2 tbsp of beayed cream and 4 tbsp of mango puree and 1/2 tsp of sugar powder and fold with light hand. Your fluffy mango puree is ready.
  • Mix and enjoy this chilled dalgona mango shake

Notes/Tips

Once you beat your cream immediately keep into fridge otherwise it will melt due to hot weather.
