  • Maida
  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk
  • Cooking oil
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Instant coffee powder
  • Hot water
  • Vanilla essence
  • Frosting whip cream
  • Chocalte chunks or sprinklers

Instructions

  • Method:Add 2/3rd cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of instant coffee powder and 1 tbsp of hot water.
  • Beat the same using a blender/ handwhisk till you get creamy, fluffy soft peaks
  • Add 1/4 cup of oil. Beat and mix again.
  • Add 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 cup of Flour/
  • Maida, 3/4 th spn Baking Powder and few drops of vanilla essence.
  • Fold it and mix well well and pour them into a greased muffin mould.
  • Add chips/ nuts of your choice Bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Serve as is/ whipping cream of your choice
