  • Ghee
  • Mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Frozen peas
  • Beans
  • Garlic
  • Broken wheat
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Green chillies

Instructions

  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee to tge kadai , once heated add mustard and allow it to splutter and add a sprig of curry leaves
  • Now add the chopped garlic,green chillies and onion to the kadai and lightly saute it
  • Add the vegetables ( carrot, beans ) and peas and saute until half done
  • Add water and salt to the mixture and allow it to boil
  • Add broken wheat to the boiling water and give it a good mix
  • Close it with a lid and cook it untill done and add the 1 tbsp off ghee at the end and give it a good mix
