Ingredients

  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Roasted dariya dal 3/4 cup
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10

Instructions

  • Take a mixing jar add all the ingredients and make a paste of it.
  • For tempering Heat the oil in a tadka pan then add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing, curry leaves. Serve it with idli, dosa, mendu vada.

Notes/Tips

Fresh coconut can be used.
