Dark Chocolate brownie cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • As needed Dark chocolate compound
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • as required White chocolate compound
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • as required Small piece of white compounds chocola
  • 1 cup Grinded sugar

Instructions

  • For batter : Take 1 1/2 cup maida put milk in it and mix it well and the put grinned sugar mix it well now put pinch salt, baking powder, vanilla essence, 1 tbsp melted butter.
  • Now please a cake batter in any aluminium pan and before that take butter paper and spread melted butter in it so we can easily take out cake. Now bake a cake on medium flame for 35 min to 40 min.
  • When cake is already done start melting dark chocolate compound for upper layering. When cake is ready cool it down for 10 min and then spread that melted chocolate and put in refrigerator for 20 to 25 min so it can gives mat look.
  • Now for decorating I have freeze that melted chocolate in to chocolate mold. And I am having extra cake so I have done brownie balls. For balls we we have to make ball from cake pieces and spread melted chocolate on it and frezze it for 30 mins so it can give mat look.
  • Now all things are ready just spread sprinkled white chocolate compound on it. And brownie is ready
