- Heat 2tsp desi ghee in a pan, add roughly chopped almonds and walnuts Roast for few minutes, till fragnant. Remove and keep aside Remove seeds from dates and grind to a smooth paste. In same pan add 2 tsp desi ghee and put dates paste Saute for 5minutes till fragnant, Add roasted nuts. Switch off flame and add 1/4spoon green cardamom powder. Mix well. Give it any desired shape of your choice
