Recipe: Take one pan and add one tablespoon ghee than add all the dry fruits and roast it and make it to cool. Then put in mixer and grind into small pieces. Now take one pan and some ghee and add seedless Dates into it and mash it until its binds all together. Once done add some cardamom powder and crushed dry fruits and mix them well. Once all started binding off the flame and make it to cool a bit (cool until u can take in hand) than take small portions and make rolls like laddu and serve.

Notes/Tips

1) The dry fruits should not crushed into fine powder. 2) The sticky and soft dates are very good for using.
