  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat four
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil for kneading a dough

Instructions

  • For dough : In a bowl combine whole wheat flour, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste and 2 tbsp oil for kneading a dough
  • From the dough take a meduim size ball and roll it like a chappati. Cut with knife into diamond shape. Once it is done. Keep aside...
  • Heat ghee and oil in a iron kadai. Dip fry the namkeen till it is golden in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a kitchen paper so all the excess oil will goes off.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fried curry leaves and in hot...namkeen sprinkle rock salt and amchur powder
