Ingredients

  • 80 Gms Fkattened Rice / Chiwda
  • 200 gms Plain Curd/ Yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp Suga or Jaggery
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Black Rock Salt
  • As needed Few Mint leaves (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsps Pomegranate Arils (you can add more)
  • 1 Banana (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the Chiwda / Flattened rice 2-3 times with water. Discard excess water by wringing with your hand gently. Add Curd, Salt, sugar, lemon juice,
  • Pomegranate Arils and Mint leaves and give it a good mix, adjust salt, sugar and sourness as per your taste. Have it fresh !
