Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 3/4 cup hung card 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tomato remove sheeds befor chopping
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots 1 chili chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/8 tsp red chilli powder 1/8 tsp chaat masala pow
  • 1/4 tsp oregano as required Butter as per taste

Instructions

  • Tak large mixing bowl,add all the chopped vegetables and hung curd, spices and salt and mix properly
  • Grease bread slices lightly on one side.
  • Apply a thick layer of hung curd mixture on bread.
  • Girll a sandwich maker or tawa
  • Serve hot with green chutney to tomato ketchup
