  • Paneer
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Milk
  • Cardamom powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat a kadhai and add sugar. Break paneer with spatula. Keep stirring on medium flame until paneer seperates. Once it turns light golden color, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and sugar. Mix well and add 3 tablespoons of milk Now cook on medium flame until paneer mixture turns a little brownish in color. Allow mixture to cool down for a few minutes and transfer it to grinder. Grind paneer granules to form smooth powder. Transfer this mixture to kadhai and add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Cook this mixture for few more minutes on medium flame until the color becomes dark brown. Now add cardamom powder and milk to the mixture. Mix well and cook it for just another 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and wait until it cools down a little bit Once peda mixture is still warm , give it oval shape Take 2 tablespoon of sugar and roll Peda to coat sugar over it.
