  • 1/2kg khova
  • 300gms sugar
  • 4 table spoon ghee
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • 5 spoons milk

Instructions

  • Roast khova adding one drop of milk and then one spoon of sugar alternately until it turns light brown in color.
  • While roasting also add few drops of vanilla essence for enhanced taste.
  • After it cools down, add remaining sugar powder. Mix it will.
  • Shape it into small balls, then lightly coat it with sugar powder.
