This dhudh Bagiya is my one of the favorite childhood dessert. And it is very easy to make. For this you need some jaggery, rice flour and milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 small bowl of rice flour
  • 800 ml milk
  • Jaggery as required
  • Warm water for kneading

Instructions

  • Take some rice flour. Add warm water and knead a soft dough. Then take some dough and make a tiny ball. Then flat them from the middle. Make all of them like this. Make sure to make them as small as possible.
  • Boil some milk. Then add these tiny balls which is also called Bagiya. Cook them on medium flame until it turns thick in consistency.
  • After that turn off the heat. Then add jaggery. Mix well. Serve warm or chilled. Dhudh Bagiya is ready.

Notes/Tips

You can also store them for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
