- Take some rice flour. Add warm water and knead a soft dough. Then take some dough and make a tiny ball. Then flat them from the middle. Make all of them like this. Make sure to make them as small as possible.
- Boil some milk. Then add these tiny balls which is also called Bagiya. Cook them on medium flame until it turns thick in consistency.
- After that turn off the heat. Then add jaggery. Mix well. Serve warm or chilled. Dhudh Bagiya is ready.
