Ingredients

  • 400 gm cauliflowers
  • 120 gm Hung curd
  • 3 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • Green chillies as per preference
  • Seasoning as required
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chat masala
  • 1 tbsp (opt) Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • Charcoal and ghee to smoke
  • Oil to sear / shallow fry

Instructions

  • Except curd, blend everything together and keep aside
  • Blanch the gobis,Marinate the gobis with hung curd and then the rest mixture
  • Keep aside for 45 mins,
  • Sear in hot oil and smoke it inside a close vessel but burnt charcoal and pouring ghee on top,
