- To begin with, wash and rinse rice, both lentils together 2-3 times, soak for about 4-5 hours
- Drain the water &grind to a smooth paste adding little water, ginger, green chilli& cumin seeds in a blender
- Now add in turmeric powder, hing, cumin seeds, coriander powder,chat masala,&salt mix well..consistency of the batter should be little thicker, Heat up oil, pour a ladle full of batter in to the medium hot oil, after a while press them gently to puff up..make rest of the dhuskas in the same manner..
- Take out on the kitchen towel to avoid excess oil.. serve with potato&tomato sabzi....enjoy
