  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Yeast
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Maida
  • Coconut
  • Tutti frutti
  • Cherries
  • Cashew
  • Almonds
  • Raisins
  • Sugar powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Eggs

Instructions

  • In a bowl add all ingredients for the dough mix and knead well. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour. Take the dough and knead well again. Take half portion of dough and roll it with rolling pin to thin. In a tray place the rolled dough. In a bowl add all ingredients for fillings and mix it well. On top of the rolled dough spread the fillings. Roll the next dough and place it on top of fillings. Press the sides of dough. Let the filled dough rest for 30 minutes. In a bowl mix egg yolk and milk, brush it of top of doubled dough. Preheat the oven 180℃. Place the dilkush and cook it till 30-40 minutes. Take the dilkush and rub some butter on top. And cut into pieces.
