  • Besan 2cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric 1/3teaspoon
  • Hot oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt To taste
  • Ajwain 1/2teaspoon
  • Cumin 1/2teaspoon
  • Water 1/2cup (more o less as required)

Instructions

  • Sieve the besan in a container add red chilli powder and turmeric ,salt , ajwain ,cumin powder and hot oil and mix well .
  • Add water as needed and make a smooth soft dough
  • Heat oil in deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat for deep frying
  • Place sev maker on utensil and rub the dough on sev maker plate you will get thin sev from the sev patra and get it fry till light and brown
