- Sieve the besan in a container add red chilli powder and turmeric ,salt , ajwain ,cumin powder and hot oil and mix well .
- Add water as needed and make a smooth soft dough
- Heat oil in deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat for deep frying
- Place sev maker on utensil and rub the dough on sev maker plate you will get thin sev from the sev patra and get it fry till light and brown
