- first 500gm katla fish ko 1/4tbs namak and 1/4tbs haldi powder ko marinate karle. Khadai main 100 gm musterd oil add karke fish ko fry karle. Fry karne ke baad 2tbs musterd oil add karenge. Oil main 3pc long, 3pc elaiche, 1.5inch Cinnamon/Daru chini ,1pc dry chilli add karke 2 - 3 seconds fry karne ke baad 5tbs Genger, garlic ,onion and green chilli paste add karke 2 - 3 minutes fry karne ke baad 1tbs cumin powder aur 3tbs Cashew, poppy seeds and melon seeds paste add karke firse 2 - 3 minutes fry karne ke baad 100gm Dahi main 1/2tbs Turmeric powder, 1/2tbs red chilli powder mix karke kadhai main add karne ke baad 1/4tbs sugar and salt to taste add karke 1/2 cup water add add karke 5 minutes cook karenge. Uske baad fryed fish add karke firse 5 minutes cover and cook karne ke baad 1tbs ghee and 1/4tbs Garam masala powder add karke serve karenge.
