  • Dondakaya
  • Peanuts
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the tindora length wise. Heat a kadai with cooking oil, deep fry the tindora in batches and drain to a kitchen towel. Next, deep fry the peanuts and curry leaves. Add to the bowl of tindora, add the salt and spice and toss well. serve with rice.
