Ingredients

  • Milk - 1 ltr
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Pulverized Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
  • ghee

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and add milk into it. Bring it to boil and keep stirring until the water is reduced from milk completely. Now the consistency of milk is thick.Then add cardamom and pulverized sugar. Mix it properly. Cook it till it changes color and keeps stirring. Let it cool down.
  • Apply some ghee on your palm. Take a portion of the mix in your hand and roll it into a dumpling.Press the dumpling a bit in between your palms.
