- Add ghee and condensed milk in a heated pan. Stir it well.
- Add a portion of milk powder. Mix it properly and break the lumps from it. Add the remaining milk powder in parts gradually, making sure there are no lumps.
- Once it is done, add milk and cardamom to the mixture. Remix it. It will then have a dough-like texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Apply ghee to the mix and rub it on your palm as well.
- Take a portion of it and roll it in your hands. Press the core of the dumpling and place a dry fruit in it.
- Milk Powder Peda is ready. Plate it and serve.
