1 cup maida
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar powder
as required Nutella or peanut butter
as required Refined oil

Instructions

Mix the ingredients except oil and nutella and keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a nonstick pan add one teaspoon of oil and transfer a ladle of batter onto it. Let it spread keep the gas on simmer. After two minutes flip and you will see a beautiful golden colour. Keep it for 1 minute.
Transfer the pancake on a plate and let it cool. Make another pancake following the same method and as they both cool apply Nutella on each end of e pancake and join the Nutella applied sides together.
Serve it now.
