- Take rava 1 cup in a bowl,add half cup dahi and mix well..Add water to have a dosa consistency,as this is dosa Pizza batter should be thick,add salt and mic well..let it rest for 10 mins..
- Now the batter is little fluffy..Heat a Dosa pan..
- Add 2 tbspn oil all over the pan and put the batter and make it flat round..u can make the size u want..
- Put grated veggies and chilli on top flip it once ..let it cook till the batter is dry
- Remove the dosa on plate and add grated cheese on top of veggies ..Cheese will start to melt..it will look like pizza..
- U can cut it into 4 pieces like pizza or have it like a dosa..Serve hot ..
