  • Sugar
  • Food colour
  • Milk powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Coconut

Instructions

  • Take a pan on flame and add milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder to it. Now mix everything well and milk sugar well. After sugar melts, add 1.5 cups of desiccated coconut, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes on low, medium flame. Now, take a round tray, grease it with ghee, and place butter paper on and grease well. After coconut resolve and mix well and cook for 1 minute. Now add 1 cup of milk powder, mix well on low flame, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame. Now transfer 3/4 of milk into a greased tray and spread well. Now, into the remaining mix, add green food colour and mix well. Now transfer the green mix into the tray and spread well, and make a layer. Keep aside for a while. Then cut into pieces and serve and store.
