  • Moringa leaves
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin
  • Moong dal
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and sauté on a medium flame. Add chopped onion and fry till it gets translucent. Now add chopped green chilli alone with garlic and sauté for a min. At this point add moringa leaves along with soaked moong dal salt and mix well. Now add 1/2 cup water and mix well, cover with the lid and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 mins or till the leaves get properly cooked. Drumstick dry leaves Sabji is ready to serve.
