Ingredients

  • 25 pcs or 100gm dry dates
  • 100 gm khoya
  • 100 gm castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Almond and pista
  • 1 tbsp rose water

Instructions

  • Cut dry dates (chhuara) lengthwise and remove the seed. Soak in warm water for 3 hours.
  • Discard the water and wipe out water completely. In a grinder, make paste of chhuara.
  • In a kadhai, take chhuara paste. To it, add grated khoya and 1tbsp ghee.
  • Sauté the mixture in low flame till all the moisture is burnt. Now it becomes dark in color and a sweet aroma is released.
  • Switch off the burner and allow the mixture to cool. Add castor sugar, Almond, pista slices and rose water.Mix well.
  • Prepare elongated shape laddoo using both the palms. It is ready to serve.
