- Roast the chopped dry fruits in 1/2 Tbsp Ghee and remove from pan
- Quickly add raisins to roast. Be careful not to burn them. If the ghee is too hot you may switch off the gas and roast them. Remove from pan
- Add 1/2 Tbsp of ghee to the remaining ghee in pan. Roast the chopped dates. Mash them roughly. Put off the gas at this point.
- Add the roasted dry fruits, rasain, coconut powder, cardamom powder to the Roasted dates and mix properly.
- Let is cool a bit, but not completely as it will not form balls if completely cooled. Shape into small balls. Put it on a plate . You may roll it in some coconut powder if you like. Ready to serve and savour
