- 1. Soak all the dry fruits in water for upto 1 hour. Put the milk in fridge for chilled Shake
- 2. Peel the almonds and drain the water. Put all the things in the jar
- 3. Add Chopped dates and Cardamom Powder
- 4. Pour 1 cup milk and blend them until smooth texture
- 5. Add more milk and blend again.
- 6. Garnish it with some dry fruits and serve
