- Stuffing:- Heat ghee, add semolina and fry it for some time on low flame.
- When it turns light red, add dry fruits, roast for some time, add cardamom powder and mix, when it cools down add sugar and mix.
- Dough:- Mix flour with salt and ghee and make a hard dough with the help of water. Keep covered for 30 minutes. Roll out small puris and put the stuffing in half, apply water on the edge with a finger or brush and cover it with half and seal the edges with a fork.
- Put in hot oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot.
