Ingredients

  • 2 cups overnight soaked black channe
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbspn oil
  • 3-4 chopped green chillies
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 and half tspn amchur powder
  • as required chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Boil the soaked chana
  • In a pan heat oil add Cumin seeds, asafoetida, grated ginger and green chillies saute them for a while then add the boiled channa
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
  • Add coriander leaves our dry chana are ready to serve. Enjoy with Puri
