- Boil the soaked chana
- In a pan heat oil add Cumin seeds, asafoetida, grated ginger and green chillies saute them for a while then add the boiled channa
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
- Add coriander leaves our dry chana are ready to serve. Enjoy with Puri
